6 Week Programme

 

Fed up with boring gyms and eating plans that don't work long term?

Want to see results and feel amazing?

This 6 week programme is suitable for everyone, from complete novices to those who work out regularly.  Each programme is individually designed to specifically meet your needs and get results for you.

Your programme will include two x one hour, one-on-one personal training (home based) sessions per week, a bespoke training programme targeted for you to achieve your results, and nutritional advice and an eating programme.

 

 

 

Go Running!

 

Whether you're training for a 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon, Ultra, or if you just want to run for fun, then this package is for you.  I will take you through the correct and most efficient running and breathing techniques, show you how to train effectively, create a bespoke training plan for you, and get you to that start line!  

 

You will have a one hour one-to-one personal training session each week. This will be based at a park or we can run from your home.  Along with your individual training plan to work to whilst I'm not there, you will recieve nutritional advice and eating plans as well as unlimited advice and support.
